Ballooning needs stillness. If our chief pilot calls a no-fly the night before or at dawn, we move you to another morning at no charge — or refund you in full, the same day. No arguing, no vouchers you didn’t ask for.
You’re aloft for about an hour, but plan four to five hours door to door: pickup from your riad around 05:30, inflation on the field, the flight itself, breakfast, and the drive back. Most guests are back at their hotel by half past ten.
Most guests aged 8 and up. You’ll need to stand for an hour and step into a basket about a metre tall. If you’re unsure about mobility, message us before you book and we’ll talk it through.
Layers — it’s crisp before dawn and warm by breakfast. Soft-soled shoes, a hat, and a camera. Everything else, including the warm drinks on the field, is on us.
Our chief pilot has twenty-five years in the basket and holds a maintenance rating. The fleet is four Kubicek balloons built in 2025, inspected before every flight and serviced beyond the regulatory minimum, flying to Moroccan and international standards.
